Our office building is designed to be accessible to everyone. Please let us know if you have any special requirements or need any assistance during your visit.
Getting Around
Wheelchair access to the main Ground floor Reception is via the Fire Exit door on either side of the revolving doors. Once inside the Ground Floor Reception, the first gate of the security barrier is designed to allow wheelchair entry into the main building and access to the lifts.
There are lifts to all floors and ramp alternatives to any stairs including the canteen.
Car Parking
We have 3 car parks around the building, with space for over 650 cars. Disabled parking spaces are close to both the front and rear entrances and the main building is accessed through the Fire Exit doors on either side of the main entrance.
We also have Electric Vehicle Charge Points on site as part of our wider environmental plan to reduce carbon produced by commuting and business travel.

All mail and parcels are delivered to our central mailroom on the ground floor adjacent to the loading bay. All visitors are welcomed at reception by our onsite facilities team.
Yes. We have shower cubicles to accommodate those keep-fit fanatics who prefer to run/cycle/walk to work. Showers are located on our ground floor.
We care deeply about the environment and have taken many steps to reduce the carbon footprint of Sandbrook House. This includes installing a large solar array onsite as well as ensuring that all our electricity comes from renewable sources. Our beautifully landscaped grounds have won the Rochdale in Bloom award many times and act as a quiet space for rest and relaxation.
